What New Money Matrix is
A creator education company teaching faceless YouTube channel building to beginners in India, with the stated aim of building the biggest YouTube automation community in the country. The output is a live masterclass, a free written library, a free checklist, and the community itself. It is co-founded by Rudy and Divyanshu, an IIT alumnus. Rudy leads the teaching and the student experience; Divyanshu leads the business, with a team of IITians behind him.
"Faceless" means you never appear on camera. Videos are built from stock footage, images, screen recordings or animation with narration over the top. "Automation" refers to the production workflow being systematised and partly AI-assisted. It does not mean the channel runs itself, and the company's own published material says so repeatedly.
Who runs it
Rudra Pratap Singh, known as Rudy, who co-founded the company and leads its teaching. He dropped out of engineering, worked as a freelancer and then a video editor, and says he has built and monetised five faceless channels from zero, with more than 10,000 creators having been through the material.
Like most faceless creators, he does not publish which channels are his. That is how the format works, and it is the same format taught in the masterclass.
What it costs, and what you get
The masterclass is ₹99 for a live three-hour session. It covers how YouTube earnings actually work, faceless channel strategy, niche selection, scripting, thumbnail psychology, retention editing, AI tools, YouTube SEO, channel setup and monetisation safety, with a Q&A at the end.
Registration includes five template resources: trending niches, title formats, editing formats, SEO description templates and thumbnail styles.
Three things about it that genuinely put people off, and all three are real.
It is live only. No recording is provided. Miss the slot and you have missed it, which is the most common complaint.
There are no refunds. Not on the masterclass, not on anything else sold. This is stated at checkout and it is stated here.
It is a masterclass, not a course. Three hours gives you the complete system and a clear sequence. It does not give you module-by-module hand-holding over several weeks.

What results actually depend on
This matters more than anything about the product.
Time. Faceless channels typically take six to twelve months to produce real income. Monetisation itself usually arrives sooner, between one and six months with good execution, but monetisation and meaningful income are different milestones and conflating them is how people end up disappointed at month four.
Niche. The subject you choose determines advertiser demand, competition and whether you can still generate ideas in month eight. It is the single largest variable and no course can choose it for you.
Execution. Packaging and topic selection decide most of whether a video works. Those are judgement skills, which means they improve with repetition rather than with instruction.
Consistency. Most people who start stop within the first several months, usually around the point where data arrives and looks discouraging. That is the actual failure mode, not a lack of information.
A three-hour session can give you the sequence. It cannot supply any of the four things above.
When you probably do not need this
If you need income within 90 days. Freelancing or a job change will serve you better. Faceless channels do not work on that timeline and nobody honest will tell you otherwise.
If you want something passive. You will be making decisions every week.
If you cannot attend live. There is no recording.
If you already have a working channel. If you are publishing consistently and getting results, there is nothing here you need.
