These Terms and Conditions govern access to newmoneymatrix.org and the educational content, masterclasses, courses, checklists, communities and support services offered under the New Money Matrix brand. By using the website or purchasing or accessing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational service

New Money Matrix provides education about YouTube automation, faceless channels, content strategy, AI-assisted workflows, thumbnails, editing, SEO and monetisation. Content is provided for general educational purposes. It is not financial, legal, tax, investment or employment advice.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and must provide accurate registration, contact and payment information. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

3. Orders, payment and access

Prices, inclusions, access periods and payment options are shown on the relevant offer or checkout page. Payment may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Course or resource access is personal to the purchaser and may be delivered through this website, email, a learning platform, a live-session link or another stated method. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered email and keeping login information confidential.

4. Personal-use licence

Subject to payment and these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use purchased educational material for your own learning. You may not copy, record, reproduce, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly display, share logins, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, infringe intellectual property or use course strategies to violate YouTube rules, advertising standards or applicable law. Access may be restricted or terminated for material misuse.

6. No earnings guarantee

Examples, case studies and testimonials describe individual experiences and are not promises of typical or future results. YouTube growth and income depend on factors outside our control, including skill, effort, consistency, niche, audience demand, platform rules and market conditions. You remain responsible for your decisions and results.

7. Availability and changes

We may suspend or end access where payment is reversed or fraudulent, access is shared, content is copied or redistributed, the service is abused, or these Terms are materially breached. Clauses intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers and liability limitations, will continue to apply.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Money Matrix is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit, platform-policy changes, channel suspension, third-party outages or business decisions made using educational information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the courts or competent consumer forum having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.
